How to make the payment of Participation of Registration Fees

Please note that you are only able to make the payment for one person by using a credit card at a time. It is not possible to make the payment for multiple participants by using single credit card.
We will not refund the payment whatever reasons after the payment is made.
Please note that this is the separate registration from the IHEPA2025 in person on 31st January and 1st February 2025.
How to Register

Register the new account to confit
If you have an account with confit, you are able to skip to the process 2 by using the ID and the passcode which was created and registered previously.
Once you register the account through the link above, please check the e-mail receiving from Confit.
In the e-mail, the registration code could be found. Please put the registration code on the screen of Confit account for registration. Please note this is not the completion of the participation. -
After the completion of the registration to Confit account, then please proceed to register for participation of IHEPA2025 on-demand streaming.
Once you complete the registration, you will receive an e-mail of notification and information of the payment.
Please follow the link and complete the payment. - After the completion of the payment, you will receive an email of completion of the registration for IHEPA2025. Please check the e mail in which the passcode for the on-demand streaming could be found.

- Receipt could be downloaded from the “Receipt Download” of the login page after the completion of the payment.
